I propose that you fast make a Visiting ATCo list/trainings if necessary, so you are flexible for events etc.
Several regional/former YU ATCos have already done ATC in Slovenia in aspect of Open Sky, myself LJPZ_APP because I like the field, but making LJLA_CTR shouldn't be any problem either. Not that will prioritize Slovenia, as I both do Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, but good to have as backup if you should need!
Also you might consider making a weekly event day. We still keep Tuesday in vACCBiH, earlier CROvACC and SCGvaCC were with us, we started with Thursday etc. Main point is lack of staff to make a full coverage of region, as if all stations are covered, no pilots will be avb. to fly, as the ATCos are most of the local pilots too.
